Draft replies only writes drafts and nothing more. Suggest actions also proposes archives, snoozes, and moves for you to approve. Run inbox commands lets the assistant act on your natural-language commands, still pausing for your review. Real sends always wait for you when “Require extra send approval” is on.

Marketing and newsletters identify themselves — bulk senders are required to carry an unsubscribe header, and receipts, confirmations and password resets are not. So your flight confirmation still reaches you even when the same airline’s sale email does not. Nothing is guessed and nothing is deleted: anything we can’t identify as promotional always lands in your inbox, and whatever is set aside stays in Promotions. Actual spam is handled by Gmail and Outlook before it ever reaches Inbox One.
